Plant Manager

Compensation: $120,000 - $150,000

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day plant operations to ensure production schedules and delivery targets are achieved
• Manage and support supervisors and production teams across multiple shifts
• Drive a strong culture of health, safety, and operational accountability
• Oversee quality standards to ensure output meets required specifications and benchmarks
• Monitor labour, materials, and equipment usage to maintain efficiency and cost control
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives
• Work closely with internal departments to keep production aligned with business needs
• Mentor and develop team members to support long-term capability and succession planning

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 6–8+ years of experience in plant, production, or manufacturing leadership
• Background in heavy manufacturing, fabrication, industrial production
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement principles
• Engineering, industrial, or related technical qualification preferred
• Proven ability to lead large teams in a fast-paced production setting
• Hands-on, solution-focused leadership style with strong decision-making skills
