We are a growing Chinese immigrant church planted 10 years ago. The position is a Youth/English Pastor. The pastor will develop, lead, and implement comprehensive ministry strategies for youth and English ministry, focusing on spiritual growth, discipleship, and evangelism. Responsibilities include teaching, mentoring, volunteer recruitment, event planning (retreats/trips), etc. Currently, the position focuses on the youth ministry.
