Surgical Dental Assistant – All-on-X / Full Arch Implants

Our growing implant-focused dental practice in Greenacres is looking for an experienced Surgical Dental Assistant who is confident assisting with All-on-X and full mouth reconstruction cases.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled assistant who enjoys working in surgery, understands implant workflows, and wants to be part of a team performing advanced full-arch procedures.

What You'll Do:

• Assist the doctor during All-on-X / full arch implant surgeries.
• Prepare surgical rooms and implant components.
• Maintain sterile surgical protocols.
• Take CBCT scans, digital impressions, radiographs, and photos.
• Monitor patients during procedures and support surgical workflow.
• Provide clear post-operative instructions.
• Help keep surgery days organized and efficient.

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years dental assisting experience.
• Experience with implant surgery or full arch cases strongly preferred.
• Florida X-ray certification.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to stay calm in surgery.
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong communication skills.
• Guided implant surgery.
• Digital scanners / digital dentistry.
• Experience with sedation or surgical workflows.
