HVAC Sales Engineer / Business Development - Outside Sales

Pacific Northwest

A growing HVAC solutions organization is seeking a Sales Engineer to drive regional growth through strong contractor, engineer, and owner relationships.

What You'll Do

- Build relationships with contractors, engineers, and owners

- Identify and close new HVAC equipment opportunities

- Provide technical support on system design, product selection, and specs

- Develop proposals, estimates, and take-offs

- Manage projects from design through commissioning

What We're Looking For

- Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent HVAC experience

- 3+ years HVAC sales, applications, or design experience

- Strong presentation, communication, and relationship skills

- Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
