Job Description

Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for Libertana Home this role you will partner closely with hiring managers and the HR team to attract engage and hire top talent. You will play a key role in building strong candidate pipelines supporting workforce growth and ensuring a seamless candidate experience from sourcing through onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting including sourcing screening interviewing and onboarding candidates
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs (e.g. Caregivers LVNs RNs Accounting Administrative)
  • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies using job boards social media referrals and networking
  • Create and post engaging job advertisements across multiple platforms using the ATS
  • Screen resumes conduct initial interviews (phone virtual and in-person) and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
  • Partner with department leaders to understand hiring needs role requirements and workforce planning
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system
  • Extend conditional offers of employment and support onboarding processes
  • Engage candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn Indeed and other social networks
  • Attend job fairs community events and outreach efforts (including nursing schools) to promote employer brand
  • Collaborate with HR leadership to develop recruitment strategies budgets and diversity outreach initiatives
  • Monitor recruiting metrics and ensure hiring goals and timelines are met
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • 3 years of recruiting experience (healthcare recruiting preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint)
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong sourcing networking and research skills
  • Comfortable with high-volume outreach including cold and warm calls
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer service mindset and relationship-building abilities
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred
