Job Description

A fast-paced financial services organization is seeking a Recruiter to support high-volume hiring needs. This role is heavily focused on recruiting operations (75%) with 25% hands-on recruiting, supporting lower to mid-level roles across the business. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a high-volume, data-driven environment and enjoys balancing recruiting with operational support.

salary: $30 - $35 per hour

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

  • Support full-cycle recruiting for high-volume, non-technical roles (25%)
  • Manage recruiting operations including data tracking, reporting, and process support (75%)
  • Pull and analyze recruiting data from Workday and export into Excel for reporting
  • Create and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and basic pivot tables/charts
  • Assist with interview coordination, scheduling, and candidate communications
  • Support process improvements to increase efficiency during high-volume hiring periods
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate hiring updates
Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in recruiting and/or recruiting operations
  • Experience with Workday (highly preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, reporting, data organization)
  • Experience supporting high-volume hiring environments
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Additional Details:

  • Must be comfortable using a virtual machine (VM) environment on personal equipment
  • Hybrid schedule preferred for candidates in Arizona (~2 days onsite, flexible)
