We provide a NO FEE agent experience, unlike most of the other typical brokerages. NO monthly fees, NO transaction fees, NO desk fees, NO CRM fees, NO website fees, etc.

As a Realtor with Marcolla Realty, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, facilitating property transactions, and actively generating new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and manage leads through outreach, networking, and marketing efforts.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors.
  • Guide clients through the full transaction process (listing, negotiation, closing).
  • Conduct property showings, listing presentations, and open houses.
  • Stay informed on local market trends, pricing strategies, and inventory.
  • Negotiate contracts to secure optimal outcomes for clients.
  • Maintain consistent communication with clients and internal team members.
  • Track pipeline activity and manage deals from initiation to closing.

Requirements

Experience:

  • Real estate experience preferred but not required for highly driven candidates.

  • Basic understanding of real estate transactions and contracts (or willingness to learn quickly).
