Job Description

A highly respected and employee-owned mechanical contractor is seeking a Project Manager with strong experience in mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and piping project management . This position offers a chance to join a stable, well-structured organization with a strong internal support system and long-term team retention.

The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience managing mechanical projects.

Responsibilities:

Oversee HVAC, plumbing, and piping projects from planning to completion

Manage project schedules, labor coordination, procurement, and jobsite performance

Lead estimating and bidding for commercial mechanical projects

Collaborate with internal departments, subcontractors, and clients

Ensure compliance with safety standards, project specs, and deadlines

Conduct jobsite visits, participate in coordination meetings, and address challenges proactively

Maintain client satisfaction and promote long-term business relationships

Qualifications:

8+ years of experience in HVAC/plumbing/piping project management (commercial/institutional focus)

Experience managing projects valued at $1M-$20M+

Strong communication and organizational skills

Experience working with field teams and foremen to ensure seamless project execution

Ability to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously
