As a Pharmacy Expert, you will play a crucial role in enhancing AI model performance by authoring, reviewing, and annotating technical tasks related to pharmacy and pharmacology. This position involves creating original problem sets based on drug-interaction charts, PK/PD curves, dosing tables, and formulary figures, as well as writing reference solutions and implementing structured quality checks.

• Author and review technical tasks for evaluating AI model performance in pharmacy-related scenarios.
• Produce original problem sets grounded in pharmacological data.
• Write reference solutions for created tasks.
• Apply structured quality checks to ensure task accuracy and reliability.

• PharmD with residency (PGY-1 or PGY-2) or board certification (BCPS, BCOP, BCCCP, etc.), or PharmD with 3+ years of clinical or specialty practice, or PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences or Pharmacology with active teaching or research.
• Working fluency in pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, therapeutics, and drug-interaction reasoning.
• Active pharmacist licensure where applicable.
• Academic appointment, teaching, or peer-reviewed publication is a plus and can accelerate promotion.

This is a part-time position requiring approximately 20 hours per week with a flexible schedule. The role is fully remote and compensated on an hourly basis.

The starting rate is $115 per hour, with opportunities for promotion based on task quality and throughput.
