Healthcare facility located near Pendleton, OR is looking for full-time Oncology Pharmacist to join their team. Details are below.

Salary: $129,570 - $208,670/annually

Pharmacist Opportunity:

• Oncology Pharmacist will facilitate the delivery of safe, effective, and pharmaceconomically rational medications to hematology/oncology patients.
  
• They will provide education, develop and implement guidelines, policies, and medication regimens, provide appropriate interventions, and be involved in professional development and performance improvement initiatives
  
• They will be responsible for supervising and directing support personnel in addition to the safe and proper distribution and use of medications in hematology/oncology patients.
  
• Oncology Pharmacist will sustain the hospital formulary, minimizing nonformulary procurements, utilizing therapeutic interchanges, and promoting rational drug therapy selection
  

Pharmacist Qualifications:

• Current Pharmacist’s license issued by the Oregon State Board of Pharmacy.
  
• Basic Life Support certification with expectation of Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification within first year of hire
  
• Board Certification in Oncology (BCOP) preferred.
