We’re looking for a warm, motivated, and customer-service-focused individual to join our front office team!

Position Overview:

We are a growing, large counseling practice seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Manager Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing administrative responsibilities with creative marketing tasks and can take initiative while also following direction effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with day-to-day office management and administrative tasks
• Support insurance claims processing and follow-ups
• Assist with provider credentialing and related documentation
• Help develop and maintain marketing materials (social media, flyers, website updates, etc.)
• Ensure accuracy and organization across all systems and records
• Collaborate with leadership while also working independently when needed

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to take direction while also demonstrating initiative and leadership
• Experience with insurance claims and/or credentialing preferred (but not required)
• Creative eye and aesthetic sense for marketing and branding materials
• Comfortable with technology and learning new systems
• Excellent communication skills

Schedule:

• Part-time (hours to be determined based on availability and office needs)
