job summary:
Manufacturing Engineer needed for a temp to direct hire role in the Lebanon area of New Hampshire! This key role will involve the implementation of manufacturing processes to support machines for the aerospace industry.
The right candidate for this role will have a BS degree in engineering with the proven ability to perform CNC programming for turning machines. Familiarity with CAD/CAM systems such as Siemens NX, ProEngineer, Microstation AS-400 a plus! This role requires solid technical competence both as a contributor as well as a mentor to developing associates. Knowledge of command and current engineering tools and systems such as CAD/CAM, MS Excel,
SAP, Teamcenter, and AS400 is a must.

responsibilities:
- Support continuous improvement of manufacturing processes
- CNC Programming for turning machines
- Develop master routings and process sheets.
- Work in tandem with manufacturing assembly operations, Quality, EHS, and Maintenance departments for design of tooling; creation and support of work instructions, programs, and gauging
Requirements - BS degree in Engineering along 5+ years related manufacturing experience and CNC Programming for turned parts
- Working knowledge of large manufacturing operations, aerospace preferred
- Working knowledge using MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook,) and engineering tools and systems such as CAD/CAM, Teamcenter, and AS400 is a must.
- Proven ability to program CNC turning machines
- Exceptional Communication skills with the ability to train others
