Responsibilities:
1. Host, Hostess, Server(Front of House) Positions:
Greet and seat guests, providing them with menus and answering any questions. Take accurate food and drink orders, ensuring prompt and efficient service. Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely and courteous manner. Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any concerns or complaints. Maintain a clean and organized dining area.
2. Bartending Positions:
Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with customer preferences. Ensure all bar supplies are stocked and maintained properly. Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing a positive bar experience. Collect payment for drinks and monitor customer alcohol consumption to prevent over-intoxication. Comply with all alcohol service regulations and enforce responsible drinking practices.
Requirements
Priorwork experience is required for certain entry-level positions; training will be provided. For more specialized roles, previous experience is preferred but not mandatory. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a team and adapt to fast-paced environments. Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively. Basic math skills for handling cash and calculating bills. Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
