The Executive Recruiter will partner and collaborate with Executives and Senior leaders to identify, hire and onboard senior-level talent into the organization. The Executive Recruiter will lead full-life cycle recruiting activities and proactively build relationships with potential senior-level candidates and diverse organizations to communicate the employer brand and value proposition. This role will work closely with business leaders and HR to transform organizational capability and build succession plans to drive continued business growth and outcomes.
The position is a hybrid positions based in our New York Office, and will report into the Director, Talent Acquisition.

Benefits:The annual base salary range is $85,000-$105,000, this range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive short term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
