Prospect and build relationships with individuals, families, and business owners
Conduct outbound calls, virtual meetings (Zoom), and in-person consultations
Present auto, home, life, and financial protection solutions
Deliver personalized service and long-term support to clients
Conduct policy reviews and recommend coverage solutions
Maintain consistent follow-up and communication
Learn day-to-day agency operations, marketing, and retention strategies
Participate in structured training, coaching, and accountability programs
Commission-based income + bonuses + overrides
Average 1st year earnings between $64k - 85k
Top earners make significantly more

Required
Strong sales and/or customer service background (phone and in-person)
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable with outbound calling, virtual meetings, and follow-up
