  • Manage client accounts by supporting renewals, updates, and ongoing service.
  • Stay up to date on insurance products, construction risks, and industry requirements.
  • Travel locally to meet with clients, typically within 30 minutes.

Our Ideal Insurance Agent:

  • Experience: No prior insurance experience required—training and licensing support provided. At least 2+ years of sales experience is preferred. Background in construction, trades, or working with contractors is strongly preferred; must be able to obtain a state insurance license.
  • Strong Communicator: Builds relationships easily, communicates clearly, and works well with a variety of clients.
  • Driven & Self-motivated: Takes initiative, stays organized, and follows through on opportunities.
  • Sales-minded: Interested in learning sales and business development, with the drive to grow a strong customer base.
  • Persistent: Willing to meet new people, network, and consistently pursue new opportunities.
  • Computer Skills: Basic computer knowledge with the ability to learn agency systems; strong typing skills required.
