Pacha New York is a large-scale music and nightlife venue located in Brooklyn, presenting global electronic artists, live performances, and cultural programming. As part of The Pacha Group’s international portfolio, the venue combines advanced production technology, hospitality services, and community-focused programming to create a leading destination for music and entertainment in New York City.
Position Overview
Pacha New York is looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to support the day-to-day delivery of HR operations across one of New York’s most dynamic nightlife and live entertainment venues.
Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, this role plays a key part in ensuring a seamless colleague experience - from onboarding and employee lifecycle administration to compliance and engagement. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments and brings strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to HR support.
Key Responsibilities
• Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, documentation, contract preparation, and offboarding processes
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems, ensuring compliance with US and New York labour regulations
• Coordinate recruitment administration, including interview scheduling, candidate communication, and ATS management
• Assist with payroll inputs, benefits administration, and employee queries in collaboration with Finance and external providers
• Act as a first point of contact for HR-related queries, providing timely and professional support to colleagues
• Support employee relations processes, including disciplinary documentation, absence tracking, and performance review coordination
• Ensure all HR policies, procedures, and compliance standards are consistently applied and maintained
• Assist in delivering colleague engagement initiatives, training coordination, and internal communications
• Support HR reporting, audits, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders
Benefits Overview

Salary Range: USD 60,000 – 70,000 per year (Final compensation determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity)

Minimum requirements:
What We’re Looking For
• 2–4 years’ experience in an HR Coordinator or HR Administrator role
• Experience within hospitality, nightlife, live events, or high-volume environments preferred
• Strong knowledge of HR administration and basic understanding of US labour laws and compliance requirements
• Experience using HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a service-oriented mindset
• Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment REQUISITOS
