Pay Rate/Range: $17-20/hr
Description: Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to support the daily operations of the HR department. This temporary position will assist with on-boarding processes, maintaining employee records, and supporting various HR functions. The ideal candidate will be organized, dependable, and able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality while working in a fast-paced environment.
Job Requirements: Assist with pre-employment processes (background checks, drug screens), onboarding coordination, and maintaining employee records and HR databases. Responsibilities also include tracking certifications, supporting reports and audits, assisting with payroll and benefits, answering employee questions, and handling general clerical tasks like filing and data entry. Candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED. Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills, attention to detail, confidentiality, and Microsoft Office proficiency are required. Must be dependable and able to work independently.
Job Type: 3 months – with the potential for permanent
Shift/Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00a.m.-5:00p.m.
