Job Description

Our client, a prominent sales company, is looking for an HR Assistant to join their remote team. This role is essential for supporting HR operations and ensuring the smooth execution of human resources activities. The HR Assistant will work closely with HR leaders to manage employee relations, streamline recruitment processes, and provide administrative support for various HR functions.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for human resources and a desire to help foster an engaging work environment. You will play a key role in maintaining employee records, assisting with benefit administration, and supporting staff development initiatives. Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment and selection process for new hires
  • Organize and facilitate employee onboarding and orientation
  • Update and maintain employee records in HRIS
  • Coordinate and administer employee benefit programs
  • Support training initiatives and track employee development
  • Manage inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
  • Help conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in an HR administrative role
  • Strong understanding of HR practices and employment laws
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in HRIS software and Microsoft Office tools
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality
