Summary: The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for leading full-cycle recruitment across a multi-unit hospitality portfolio, supporting both restaurant operations and corporate teams. This role partners closely with Operations, Culinary, and Executive leadership to attract, hire, and retain top talent in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

The ideal candidate brings strong experience in hospitality recruiting, thrives in a hands-on role, and is passionate about building high-performing teams that deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for front-of-house (FOH), back-of-house (BOH), and corporate roles
  • Create, post, and manage job advertisements across internal and external platforms
  • Source candidates through job boards, referrals, networking, and direct outreach using tools such as LinkedIn, Culinary Agents, and Poached
  • Review applications, conduct phone screens, and lead virtual and in-person interviews, assessing candidates for skill, experience, and cultural alignment
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and guide hiring managers on interview techniques, candidate evaluation, and hiring decisions
  • Serve as the on-site recruiting lead for new restaurant openings, managing high-volume hiring from pre-opening through launch
  • Plan and execute hiring strategies, including open calls, hiring events, and interview days, ensuring staffing targets are met ahead of opening timelines
  • Support onboarding execution to ensure new hires are prepared for day one of operations
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for high-turnover and critical roles
  • Partner with General Managers and Operations leadership to understand staffing needs, hiring priorities, and workforce planning initiatives
  • Maintain regular communication with stakeholders on hiring progress, challenges, and market insights
  • Conduct reference checks, manage background checks, and pre-employment screenings in compliance with company policies and applicable laws
  • Prepare and extend job offers, including compensation discussions in partnership with HR leadership
  • Partner with HR and Operations to ensure a smooth and timely onboarding experience
  • Ensure a professional, timely, and engaging candidate experience at all stages
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and workflows in the OASIS Paychex ATS system
  • Track and report on recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and offer acceptance rates
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and internal policies
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and efficiency
  • Travel as needed to support new openings and multi-unit hiring initiatives, particularly during pre-opening and launch phases

Must Haves:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, Hospitality Management, or related field (or equivalent experience) preferred
  • 5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably within hospitality, restaurant, or multi-unit environments
  • Proven success managing high-volume recruitment and multiple requisitions simultaneously
  • Experience supporting new restaurant openings or rapid-growth environments preferred
  • Experience with ATS platforms such as iCIMS or Lever
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
  • Familiarity with HRIS, payroll, or scheduling systems is a plus

Additional Role Requirements:

  • Remote role with regular travel to restaurant locations as needed
  • Travel required during new restaurant openings to support on-site recruiting and onboarding execution
  • Flexibility to support hiring events
