Job Title: Licensed Health Insurance Agents
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Licensed Health Insurance Agent to join our client to support members by delivering clear guidance on health insurance coverage and enrollment options. This temporary, onsite opportunity is based in Blue Bell, Pennsylvania and plays a key role in ensuring members receive accurate information and timely assistance. The role focuses on high quality inbound service, compliance driven support, and effective issue resolution. Agents will contribute to member satisfaction while meeting established service and performance standards.
Compensation:
$19-20/hr plus incentives 
Work Schedule:
Training for the first three weeks is Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST
After training, full time 40 hours per week with flexible shifts across seven days between 8:00 AM and 11:00 PM EST, with preference for weekends and some late evenings
Key Responsibilities of the Licensed Health Insurance Agent:
• Deliver professional inbound support to health plan members by addressing questions related to benefits, claims, eligibility, billing, and coverage options
• Guide members through enrollment activities, renewals, and plan changes while explaining insurance concepts in a clear and supportive manner
• Utilize multiple systems to research account details, document interactions, and resolve issues efficiently and accurately
• Ensure all interactions align with regulatory, privacy, and internal quality standards while identifying when escalation is required
• Maintain strong performance across quality, productivity, schedule adherence, and customer experience metrics
Qualifications and Skills for the Licensed Health Insurance Agent:
• Active Health and Accident license or the ability and commitment to obtain licensure with company support
• High school diploma or GED along with basic computer and data entry proficiency
• Ability to navigate multiple applications while maintaining attention to detail in a fast paced call environment
• Understanding of compliance expectations including privacy and confidentiality requirements
• Successful completion of background check and fingerprinting as a condition of assignment
