Job Description

Location: Los Angeles (Brentwood)
Salary: $120K-$175K DOE

A real estate developer/investor is seeking an executive/personal assistant to assist in managing the professional and personal aspects of his life. The ideal candidate for the role is someone who is organized, reliable, and skilled at identifying and preventing problems before they occur.

Requirements
  • Proven experience as an executive or personal assistant
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in using office software and communication tools.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Some experience in preparing and cooking basic meals 
  • Basic Microsoft Suite skills (Word, Excel, etc.)
Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the employer and staff.
  • Manage and supervise household staff.
  • Manage the employer’s calendar, schedule appointments, and book reservations.
  • Perform general administrative duties, such as managing email inbox, maintaining files, and corresponding with various staff and vendors.
  • Manage household projects.
  • Screen and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle correspondence.
  • Ensure the home is fully stocked and operating efficiently.
  • Compile and organize information to support decision-making processes.
  • Transport principal by car on occasion.
  • Draft letters, emails, and simple agreements. 
  • Coordinate with CPAs and attorneys.
