• Verify and confirm county property records using desktop tools, aerial imagery and performing in-field inspections.
• Visit properties to ensure records match what is observed in the field.
• Assist in determining property values and making necessary adjustments.
• Maintain accurate records and reports for each property.
• Collaborate with experienced appraisers and learn industry-standards practices.

Requirements:

• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and reliable.
• Comfortable driving locally for field work.
• Eager to learn and grow in the real estate/property appraisal field.
• Must enjoy being outside and have the ability to embrace all weather elements.
