About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Communications Assistant to join our team in Atlanta, GA. In this role, you will support internal and external communication efforts, assist with coordinating messaging materials, and help ensure clear and consistent communication across event projects.
Responsibilities
* Assist in preparing and organizing communication materials, reports, and internal documents
* Support coordination of messaging between departments to ensure consistency
* Help maintain organized records of communications, schedules, and project updates
* Assist with drafting general correspondence and informational materials
* Provide administrative support to the communications and event teams
* Help coordinate timelines and ensure communication tasks are completed efficiently
Minimum requirements:
Qualifications
* High School Diploma or equivalent required
* Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, or related field preferred
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
