The Digital Marketing Strategist will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing efforts across our website, social media, branding, and other performance channels. This role blends strategy and execution—you’ll be visually creating content to share, guiding brand voice, analyzing results, and helping shape where we invest time and budget for growth.
The ideal candidate is comfortable wearing multiple hats in the marketing space: planning and strategy, development, brand steward, and performance analytics.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Brand
· Support the development and execution of our digital marketing strategy, including content planning across web, social, and advertising campaigns.
· Maintain consistent brand voice, messaging, and visual identity across all digital channels.
· Collaborate with leadership and sales to align marketing initiatives with annual and seasonal business goals.
Content & Social Media
· Create and manage content for the website, blog, help center, LinkedIn, and other social platforms, as well as sales and client-facing collateral.
· Write, edit, and maintain blog posts, webpage content, help articles, and marketing materials.
· Plan and execute a social media content calendar focused on engagement, education, and brand authority.
· Design graphics, presentations, and short-form video content using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
Analytics & Optimization
· Monitor and analyze website traffic, social performance, and campaign metrics.
· Apply insights to improve content strategy, messaging, and publishing cadence.
· Support SEO best practices through content optimization and collaboration with internal teams.
Paid & Campaign Support (as needed)
· Assist with or manage paid digital campaigns, including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and remarketing initiatives.
· Support campaign setup, creative messaging, and performance reporting.
· Coordinate with sales to support lead generation and conversion optimization.

· Content & Design: Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft 365
· Web & SEO: WordPress, Divi, Google Search Console
· Analytics & Ads: Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Power BI
· Project Management: Process Street, Notion.so (preferred tools)
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (preferred).
· 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or brand marketing.
· Strong writing and editing skills with a portfolio of published or campaign-based work.
· Experience managing social media for a brand (B2B preferred).
· Working knowledge of SEO, analytics, and performance tracking.
· Comfort with basic paid media concepts (hands-on experience a plus, not required).
· Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable owning projects end to end.
· Ability to translate complex topics into clear, engaging, and approachable content.
