Lafayette Hotels is a family-owned and operated company with over 30 hotels and restaurants throughout scenic destinations in Maine and New Hampshire. We are seeking a Digital Marketing Associate to join our growing team. We’re looking for qualified candidates to help support the email marketing, social media content creation, and overall digital presence for hotels and restaurants throughout different regions in Maine and New Hampshire.

Position Summary
Our marketing team works creatively and collaboratively on a daily basis. Our marketing department's goal is to improve communication and relationships with our guests and explore avenues to reach new potential guests. We interface with other members of the marketing team as well as property managers to develop strategy and craft our messaging for respective properties through digital marketing channels including email, social media, and our websites and other online platforms. Other projects may include Google paid advertising optimization, online listings management, and OTA channel improvements (Booking and Expedia, for ex.).
Our goal is to ensure that our broad online presentation for each property is clean, accurate, and attractive. This position is generally on premise at one of our southern Maine area properties and involves some travel to nearby properties for content collection, and meetings with management.
