Corporate Paralegal
Los Angeles, CA | Hybrid (90045)

Compensation: Up to $98,000 in base + benefits

A well-established Los Angeles-based company is seeking a Corporate Paralegal to support its in-house legal team on a broad range of matters. This is a great opportunity for a sharp, polished legal professional who enjoys variety and wants to work closely with attorneys on both substantive and day-to-day legal support.

What you’ll work on:

• Reviewing, drafting, and revising a variety of agreements and legal documents
• Supporting litigation-related matters and coordinating with outside counsel
• Assisting with legal department administration, matter tracking, and document organization
• Helping support legal needs across multiple business lines and affiliated entities
• Partnering cross-functionally with internal teams on legal and operational matters

What we’re looking for:

• 2+ years of paralegal or legal support experience
• Exposure to contracts, litigation documents, and general legal documentation
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
• Professional communication skills and sound judgment with confidential matters
• Bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certificate preferred
