• Competitive salary: $65,000 – $75,000 base + quarterly profit-sharing bonus

What You’ll Do

• Support monthly financial close processes and reconciliations
• Prepare financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure accuracy in general ledger accounting and assist with audits
• Work with cross-functional teams to analyze data and support business decisions
• Maintain compliance with accounting standards and policies
• Take on additional responsibilities as you grow into the role

What We’re Looking For

• Pursuing or near completion of a 4-year degree in Accounting or related field, OR 4+ years of equivalent accounting experience
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
• Eagerness to learn, grow, and take ownership of projects
• Understanding of basic accounting principles; knowledge of Yardi is a plus
• A team player with a positive attitude and good communication skills
