About this job: This role provides students across the district with specialized instruction during limited-time events, workshops, and festivals to expose them to high quality arts content pedagogies and professional industry standards. Will serve as a subject matter expert for city-wide arts festivals and specialized clinics such as, but not limited to: Music (e.g., trombone, vocal, guitar), Visual Arts (e.g., graphic design, painting), Theatre, Stagecraft & Film, and Dance (e.g., ballet, modern).

What You'll Do: - Serve as a guest clinician or specialist for arts festivals, providing professional feedback and specialized coaching to student groups that could include conducting, directing, and choreography roles.
- Lead specialized workshops, masterclasses, or "pop-up" sessions in a specific content area for a defined, limited duration.
- Apply expert understanding to resolve complex technical challenges in a niche field (e.g., brass sectionals or digital design).
- Participate in the planning and execution of district-wide artistic initiatives and high-stakes performance events.
- Monitor and enforce rules of conduct and behavior during the duration of the event or festival.
- Partner with central office CItywide staff to ensure guest sessions align with festival rubrics and existing curriculum goals.

What You’ll Need: - Minimum of a Bachelor's in Arts or relevant work experience is required.
- Minimum of three (3) years experience for the specific art major or sub-discipline required for the engagement.
- Lead for racial and educational excellence and work to dismantle systems of oppression and inequity in our community, along with believing in and supporting all students so they feel seen and heard with access to high quality education.
- Live and work with a permanent home address in Colorado while working with us.
- Have the ability with or without accommodations to meet the physical demands of the position.
