The Associate Pastor of Discipleship will:
• Build and strengthen clear discipleship pathways
• Lead and multiply LifeGroups
• Oversee Next Steps and guest assimilation
• Develop and coach volunteer leaders
• Help cultivate a culture of daily surrender and spiritual formation
