Job Description

職務目的（Job Purpose）

• 自動車保険における保険料算出等のアクチュアリー業務を遂行する。
• 自動車保険における各種分析に保険数理の技法を適用し、自動車保険の売上・利益の拡大と目標達成に貢献する。
• 他メンバーと協働し、自動車数理課のアクチュアリー業務の技能・知識を向上する。

職責（Job Responsibilities）

1.保険料算出業務

・自動車保険の保険料率決定のための各種分析・試算を行い、その結果を説明する。

1. 分析業務

・定期的な分析を実施し、商品設計／料率検証プロセスに継続的に関与する。

・目的に応じた個別詳細分析を実施し、それらの分析結果を関連部署に提供（詳細説明を含む）することで、商品設計、引受ルール策定、各種施策のプロセスをサポートする。

・ビジネス分析チームや引受チームと協働して、集積／災害リスクを含む保険リスクの要素をモニタリングし、ポートフォリオ管理をサポートする。

３.認可関連業務

・認可申請チームと密接に協働し、保険数理に関する認可申請書類（算出方法書および保険料算出の根拠等）の作成および金融庁との認可折衝を遂行する。

4.財務業務

・商品チームと密接に協働し、自動車保険の収益性および成長目標の計画策定をサポートし、その計画の進捗をモニタリングする。

・会計処理（IBNR見積手法を含む）の変更の有無およびその影響を確認する。

1. スキル向上

・常に新しい技術・最新の知識の取得を図り、自らおよびチームメンバーの技能向上を目指す。

・自動車保険以外のアクチュアリーの行動を把握し、自動車数理業務に利用する。

・自己啓発（アクチュアリー資格取得等）に対して真摯に取組み、かつ結果を残す。

【資格】

1. Sr Actuarial Analyst

• 日本アクチュアリー会の準会員以上

2. Actuarial Analyst

• 日本アクチュアリー会の資格試験で複数科目に合格していること

【スキル】

• 分析および計量化スキル（各種分析用ソフトウェアを利用した経験があること）

【性格/気質】

• データ・数字を見みることと、プログラムを書くことが好きなこと
• 自律して課題を設定し、ソリューションを提供出来ること
• 積極的にタスクを引き受けるなど、自発性が高いこと
• 与えられた仕事を自らが主体となって完遂するなど、責任感が強いこと
• 他のメンバーとの協調性に富むこと
• 先進的かつ実践的なアプローチを進んで取り入れる柔軟性があること
• 向上心が強く、アクチュアリー資格取得などにおいて自己啓発の強い意志があること
• 英語に抵抗がないこと

業務経験

1. Sr Actuarial Analyst

• 損害保険数理、特に自動車保険でのデータ分析・保険料算出業務の経験があること

2. Actuarial Analyst

• 保険数理、データ分析または損害保険分野での経験があること

※Gradeは資格と経験などによって21もしくは20で決定する
