Job Description

Role : Agentic AI Engineer

Duration : 12 Months

Location : Nashville, TN (Local candidates preferred)

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop agentic AI systems capable of autonomous decision-making and task execution
Build and orchestrate AI agents using frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, or similar tools
Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) like GPT-based or open-source models into business workflows
Develop multi-agent systems for complex problem-solving and automation
Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver AI-driven solutions
Implement prompt engineering, memory management, and tool usage within agents
Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of AI systems
Stay updated with advancements in agentic AI , generative AI, and LLM ecosystems

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong experience in Python programming
Hands-on experience with LLMs and Generative AI
Experience building AI agents / autonomous systems
Familiarity with frameworks like LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar
Understanding of APIs, microservices, and system integration
Knowledge of vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, etc.)
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform)
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
